DR Parsons Enterprises LLC is led by its' namesake, David R Parsons, and the DNA fabric of the company is built on his wealth of business experience over a 40-year career.
The Company
2001
Parsons Business Solutions, a technology consulting firm was formed, and operated for several years to assist east Tennessee businesses with website and other technology needs and support. Notable clients included the Claiborne County Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Commission.
2013
Alpha Instinct Survival & Outdoor, a e-commerce store specializing in survival, hunting, fishing, knives, and related products was launched. It remained in operation until 2018 when it became a distraction from other business activities that required greater attention and focus.
2020-21
As the pandemic was underway, several ideas for Tennessee real estate agencies were considered, along with training and licensing affiliation with a local brokerage. Meetings were held with firms such as Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty (Kings of Real Estate) but ultimately, with the realization that Florida was the end goal, Tennessee due diligence was postponed.
2022
DR Parsons Enterprises, LLC (DRPE) was officially organized and structured to support Florida real estate sales and ventures, with supporting and related business divisions. The corporate structure is designed to be efficient while factoring in both scalability and flexibility as the business grows and adapts to market changes.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Throughout my career, I have enjoyed the process of continuous improvement, whether it was at my family's supermarkets as a teenager, trying to figure out how to bag groceries more efficiently, to complex manufacturing processes that reduced production times and improved quality, to mentoring others in how to think critically and ask the right questions. I am a creative at heart, who is always transforming the abstract to the absolute. At this stage, I simply enjoy launching ventures I find interesting and fun, while offering my expertise to select clients as I have time. Thanks for taking the time to visit my website!
