Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a mindset of continuous improvement—from bagging groceries more efficiently at my family’s supermarkets as a teenager to optimizing complex manufacturing workflows and mentoring others to think critically and ask better questions. I’m a creative at heart, always turning ideas into action and refining the process along the way.
