I still stay current on training per Florida requirements, but now offer my network to buyers and sellers seeking someone to screen prospective agents to fulfill their unique needs. It takes the guesswork out of selecting a qualified agent!
I will interview agents that meet your criteria (so you don't have to) and then refer the best candidate to you at no charge on your part. The agent merely compensates me once the transaction is closed. This saves YOU time and ensures you receive a well-qualified REALTOR® to take care of your needs and exceed your expectations.

How the Process Works

Contact me via the contact form or email if you prefer.

I will ask you a few questions to learn about your real estate needs, wants, the location you are looking at, etc.

Timeframe and where you are at in the process will be discussed.

I select the top 3-5 agents that meet this criteria, contact and interview them, and refer you to the best candidate through our internal network software. This tracks the process to close so I monitor see how things are going.

I will update you on the candidate selected so you are aware of who they are and when to expect them to contact you.
